Acceptable Use Policy

• Illegal goods, services or content.
• Sexually explicit material, hate speech, threats or harassment.
• False, misleading or deceptive listings and posts.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Impersonating another person, society or organisation.
• Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing or bulk messages.
• Broker activity disguised as owner listings.
• Circumventing role, permission or verification checks.
• Off-platform solicitation of maintenance or rent payments.

• No scraping, crawling or automated access.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling or tampering with the apps.
• No security probing without prior written permission (see Security Policy).
• No overloading, denial-of-service or interference with the service.

• Push notifications and email must be used for genuine community purposes only.
• No misleading titles, sensationalism or shock content in notices.
