RentWithoutBroker operates a multi-gateway payment architecture. Property Seeker subscriptions and Society software subscriptions are billed to RentWithoutBroker. Society maintenance collections and vendor payouts are billed to the society directly and settle into the society's own account.
Property Seeker subscriptions
Charged in INR to RentWithoutBroker via Razorpay or another configured gateway. Full details in the Property Seeker Subscription Terms.
Society software subscriptions
Per-flat subscription for the society management suite (Starter, Community, Township, Enterprise). Billed to RentWithoutBroker. See Society Subscription Terms.
Society maintenance & vendor payouts
Every society configures its own payment gateway account (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PhonePe, PayU or CCAvenue). Maintenance collections and vendor payouts settle directly into the society's account. RentWithoutBroker does not hold society funds and is not the merchant of record for these transactions.
Taxes
Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are issued for subscription payments made to RentWithoutBroker.
Failed & duplicate payments
Failed payments are typically auto-reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days. For duplicate charges, contact us with the payment reference for a manual review.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks on subscriptions may result in account suspension. Society-level chargebacks are handled between the society and its own gateway.
