Copyright Policy

To report content on the platform that you believe infringes your copyright, email support@rentwithoutbroker.in with:

• Your name, address, phone and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material (URL or clear description).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your signature (electronic or physical).

Valid notices trigger prompt review and, where warranted, removal of the reported content and notification of the uploader.

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, send a counter-notice with the same information listed above and an explanation of why the removal was mistaken.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be suspended or terminated.
