RentWithoutBroker, its brand, logos, software, design, documentation and non-user-generated content are the property of RentWithoutBroker and its licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, modified or redistributed without written permission, except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you upload — listings, photographs, notices, forum posts, marketplace items and vendor materials. By uploading, you grant RentWithoutBroker a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute and operate the platform. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where retention is required by law or for backups within our retention windows.

You warrant that you own or have the right to upload each item of content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

"RentWithoutBroker" and associated marks are trademarks of RentWithoutBroker. You may not use them without written permission, except for factual reference in editorial or news contexts.
