RWB Partner Program Terms

• Registered business or licensed service provider in India.
• Valid PAN, GST (if applicable) and bank account for payouts.
• KYC review must be completed before campaigns go live.

• Partners can create campaigns as draft and submit for admin review.
• Only administrators may activate campaigns and featured slots.
• Featured slots become active only after payment confirmation from the gateway.
• Content must be truthful, non-deceptive and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Partners receive verified leads from residents who opt in. Leads must be used only for the referred purpose and may not be resold, redistributed or contacted for unrelated marketing.

Reward calculations follow the active reward rules configured by RentWithoutBroker. Payouts are made from confirmed conversions after the applicable holdback window. Rewards from reversed conversions (chargebacks, refunds, fraud) are reversed.

• No self-referrals, incentivised installs, click-farming or fake leads.
• Device and behavioural fingerprints are used to detect fraud.
• Violations lead to reward forfeiture, suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

Partner subscription upgrades and paid featured slots are activated only after payment is confirmed by the gateway. Partners cannot self-activate paid tiers.

Payouts are made in INR to the registered bank account, net of applicable taxes. GST invoices are required for payouts above the applicable threshold.

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' notice. RentWithoutBroker may terminate immediately for fraud, non-compliance or repeated violations.
