Service Provider Terms

• Provide accurate identity, contact and skill information.
• Where required, upload licences and certificates for verification.
• Only verified providers appear in resident-facing directories.

• Respect residents, guards and other staff at all times.
• Follow the society's rules for entry, timings and identification.
• No solicitation, unauthorised marketing or off-platform payment collection.

Prices are agreed with the resident before work begins. Payments may be paid directly to the provider unless the society has configured a service-provider payment flow.

Providers are responsible for their own safety equipment, third-party liability and insurance where relevant.

Providers are rated by residents. Repeated poor ratings or verified misconduct may lead to removal from directories.

Resident contact information provided for a job is for that job only. It may not be stored, shared or used for other marketing.
