Marketplace, not a party
RentWithoutBroker facilitates connections and provides software. It is not a broker, agent, escrow, landlord, tenant, contractor or employer for the transactions users conduct with each other.
Property listings
Listings are submitted by owners. We verify owners and take reasonable steps to reduce fraud, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or availability of any specific property.
Society modules
Society committees are responsible for their society's configuration and decisions. RentWithoutBroker does not endorse specific decisions, notices, vendor selections or financial choices made by a society.
Third-party services
Payment gateways, maps, messaging and cloud infrastructure are provided by third parties. Their availability and terms are governed by their own policies.
Financial transactions
RentWithoutBroker does not collect rent, deposits, brokerage or society maintenance on its own behalf. Society-configured gateways settle funds directly to the society.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentWithoutBroker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
