Version 2.0 turns RentWithoutBroker from brokerage-free rentals plus a society hub into one platform that runs the whole community — money, gate, people, vendors and intelligence — on web, Android and iOS in 22 languages.

Finance Dashboard & maintenance billing
Charge heads, billing cycles, partial payments, automatic late fees with waivers, receipts, defaulter tracking and exportable finance reports.

Society-owned payment gateways
Societies connect their own Razorpay account — one-click authorisation or their own API keys — so maintenance settles directly into the society bank account. Cashfree, Stripe, PayU and CCAvenue are supported through the same adapter layer.

Flat Access & Household Management
Flats are now modelled around people: Owner, Tenant and household members, each with granular capabilities. Domestic helpers, pets and vehicles are registered per flat with committee approval where required.
