Society Subscription Terms

Plans are priced per flat per month or year: Starter, Community, Township and Enterprise. Each plan unlocks a specific set of modules and limits, listed on the Pricing page.

Only the Chairperson, Secretary or an explicitly authorised committee member may purchase, upgrade, downgrade or cancel a subscription on behalf of the society.

• Amounts are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Billing is monthly or yearly based on the chosen plan.
• Invoices are issued to the society and include a GST breakup where applicable.

Upgrades are pro-rated and effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Adding flats increases the recurring bill; removing flats reduces it at the next cycle.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds within the first 14 days may be requested by an authorised signatory, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Society subscriptions are paid to RentWithoutBroker via Razorpay or another configured gateway. This is separate from the society's own gateway used for maintenance collection.

Failure to pay for the subscription may result in temporary read-only access to society modules until dues are cleared.

On termination, society data is retained per the Data Retention Policy and can be exported on request during the retention window.
