These terms govern subscription plans that reveal verified owner contact details to Property Seekers on RentWithoutBroker. They apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions.
What you get
Access to contact details of verified owner listings, premium search features and prioritised support. Specific inclusions per plan are listed on the Pricing page.
Credit consumption
A contact reveal consumes one credit per owner per property. Revealing the same owner's contact for the same property again does not deduct an additional credit within the plan period.
Plan duration
Plans are valid for the duration listed (typically 30, 60 or 90 days). Unused credits expire at the end of the plan period and are non-transferable.
Fair use
Contact details are for personal, non-commercial use only. Scraping, resale or bulk sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Fraudulent listings
If a revealed listing turns out to be fraudulent or a broker impersonating an owner, the credit is restored on admin confirmation.
