Signing in
Guards sign in with the same single email login as everyone else. The device can be remembered so the gate tablet stays signed in through the shift.
- 1Sign in and start your shift from the gate console.
- 2Confirm the gate you are posted at β your entries are tagged to it.
- 3End the shift when you hand over. The next guard starts a fresh one.
Walk-in visitors
- 1Tap New visitor, capture the name, mobile and a photo, and pick the flat.
- 2Send the approval request. The resident gets an instant high-priority alert.
- 3On approval, let the visitor in β the entry is logged with the time and your name.
- 4If the resident does not respond, escalate to the committee contact for that flat.
A visitor already marked inside cannot be checked in twice; the console blocks duplicates.
QR passes
- 1Tap Scan and point the camera at the resident's QR pass.
- 2The console shows the visitor, host flat and validity window.
- 3Accept to log the entry. Expired or wrong-society passes are rejected automatically.
Deliveries and domestic staff
- Log parcels against a flat; OTP or QR confirms handover
- Registered helpers check in and out with one tap
- Cabs and service vehicles are recorded with the vehicle number
Exits and emergencies
- Mark exits so the inside list stays accurate
- Use the emergency entry flow for ambulances and fire services β it logs first and notifies instantly
- Emergency contacts for the society are one tap away
Visitor reports live with Visitor Management for the committee. Guards see the live gate log, not the reports page.
