The home screen
The Hub home opens on a compact hero with your society, then Quick Access to the four things you use most, live cards for dues, visitors and tickets, and the full module grid below.
Notifications that actually arrive
- 1Allow notifications when the app first asks.
- 2Open Account → Notifications and run the background reliability check.
- 3On Android, follow the prompt to exempt the app from battery optimisation — this is what makes visitor approvals ring when the app is closed.
- 4Send a test notification to confirm delivery end to end.
Visitor approval alerts are high priority and open directly on the approval screen.
Handy mobile touches
- Select from contacts — any phone field can pull a number from your phonebook, normalised to +91
