Your dashboard
The Committee Dashboard opens on Society Home: pending approvals, unpaid dues, open tickets, visitors at the gate and the live activity timeline, with the full module grid underneath.
Roles and permissions
Governance roles decide the default, granular permission keys decide the detail. Every action in the platform maps to a permission key like finance.approve or gate.logs.
- Chairman / Secretary — full access to every module
- Treasurer — finance and reports, including approvals and waivers
- Committee Member — a conservative starting set, widened per person
- Society Manager — gate, parking, help desk, notices and documents
- Nobody can grant themselves a role; self-promotion is blocked at the database
Approvals
- 1Open the Approval Center to see membership requests, NOC and society requests, and finance approvals in one queue.
- 2Review the requester, flat and attachments, then approve, reject with a reason, or ask for more information.
- 3Every decision is written to the audit log with your name and timestamp.
Notices, events and documents
- Notice Board — publish, pin and schedule notices; residents get push, email and in-app alerts
- Events — create events with RSVPs and attendance
- Documents — upload bye-laws, AGM minutes and audit reports with per-role visibility
- Community Forum — moderate discussions, pin threads and remove content that breaks the guidelines
Help desk oversight
- 1Triage new tickets from the Help Desk queue and set a category and priority.
- 2Assign to a manager, guard or vendor; the assignee is notified immediately.
- 3Track SLA breaches from the Help Desk reports and reopen anything closed prematurely.
Vendors and work orders
- Maintain the vendor directory with KYC and bank details
- Raise work orders, receive invoices and route them through finance approval
- Pay from the society's own connected payment account and keep the audit trail
Reports and analytics
Society Analytics covers collection efficiency, defaulters, ticket resolution times, visitor volumes, parking utilisation and module adoption. Every report exports to CSV or PDF.
